The Role of Liberty in Faith
At Dove of Peace Ministries, we believe that liberty and freedom of thought are vital to a vibrant Christian life. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we encourage open dialogue and personal exploration of Scripture. This freedom allows each individual to seek and understand God’s will, fostering a deeper connection with our faith.
Our commitment to these principles is reflected in our dedication to nurturing an environment where every voice is heard and respected. As we study the Bible together, we strive to uphold the values of unity and peace, as emphasized in 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 and Ephesians 4:3-6.
Our Beliefs
At Dove of Peace Ministries, we cherish the liberty of thought under the Holy Spirit’s guidance, essential to Christian belief and practice. We encourage open discussion and study of Scripture, upholding individual freedom of conscience in discerning and following God’s will. Our beliefs, derived from Scripture, are not exhaustive but reflect our shared understanding. As stated in 2 Corinthians 3:17-18, where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. We strive to present ourselves approved to God, as workers who need not be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). We seek transformation through the renewal of our minds, as instructed in Romans 12:2, and endeavor to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, as Ephesians 4:3-6 teaches. Faith comes from hearing the word of Christ (Romans 10:17), and all Scripture is God-breathed, useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
Our Offerings
Join us for enriching worship services and Bible studies, fostering spiritual growth and community connection. Our Bible studies are held every Sabbath at 2 pm and every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, where fellowship, prayer, and study are our focus. We are excited to introduce our new podcast, ‘Dove of Peace Presents,’ as a major community outreach initiative, launching on February 1st. Tune in every Sunday for inspiring discussions and teachings. Our commitment to faith and education remains steadfast, as we continue to spread peace one voice at a time.
